Two modes. Without a subtitle file, moments come from AI memory of the film — treat those as leads, not gospel; wording can drift or occasionally be flat-out misremembered, and shaky ones get flagged ⚠ unverified. Attach an srt ("+ srt" on the movie card, files from OpenSubtitles) and everything changes: existing moments get verified against the real text and timestamped, ones that don't match get flagged, and every future pull for that movie selects verbatim from the actual subtitles — real wording, exact start → end timecodes.
